Introduction on Economic Topics

Although MUN often disucss on financial aiding nations, delegates often raise a question in mind that they weren't suppose to ask, "Where do the funds come from?" Yet, this crucial question is often the flaws in any perfect resolutions, high school students never put the "economic" side of UN into account.

For this reason, as one of the first ever topics in HS MUN history, we, Keziah and Alexdra Feltin, decided to do a trial of applying this topic: "Question of Macroeconomics Policy to LEDC aiding" for GAII and "Improving Financial Assistance Distributance Status of the UN" in GA IV.

To start off, both committee's chair report will incude historic (quite recent) case studies which will give off what the dais is expecting from the delegates. However, since this topic area is completely new to all delegates, the chair will only be focusing on international currency with simply macro and micro-economic supply and demands to ensure all delegates are in the right direction. Though this new area might seem challenging, it is one more step to be closer to modeling a more realistic United Nations! So shouting out to all econ. students, join GA2, 4 today! :) Hope to see you all this October!
